Madison County acquires project site

As of January 2020, Madison County now owns the property which will be the location of the canalside pocket neighborhood. The site is 2.5 acres and located at 160 Center St, Canastota, NY. Madison County targeted the site early on as being ideal for the project as the site has 250 feet of Erie Canal frontage and is easy walking distance to Canastota’s downtown and main street.
